In June 2012, Japans France Bed Holdings Co., Ltd. established a subsidiary in China, namely, Jiangsu France Bed Co., Ltd., which opened the sales of equipments for the elderly and other welfare equipment in the Chinese market.

Jiangsu France Bed Co., Ltd. signed a consulting service contract with "Beijing Aging-Friendly" (Beijing) that works on the business of nursing home, and introduced the experience of applying France Bed products to home welfare leasing service. The France Bed Group attached great importance to it and set up a special group in Japan. In addition to providing advisory services in China, the Group put the disinfection and maintenance after recycling of rental product as a top priority, and provided detailed instructions and careful guidance.

   Recently, the two sides have further deepened their cooperation, signed and delivered the first 25 sets of electric care beds for rental.
   At present, China is implementing the care services pattern of "9073", and more than 90% of the elderly rely on home-based care services. Leasing business, as one of the solutions to home-based care services, has huge market development prospects.
