The object of this remodeling is located in Qinhuai District, Nanjing, a small two-story building with an indoor area of less than 70 square meters, which was reconstructed by the father of the client, who graduated from Tongji University, from the ancestral house 50 years ago. 50 years later, the building is still sturdy, but the complex internal structure has caused inconvenience to Grandpa Ding, who suffers from Alzheimers disease.

Sheltered from the wind and rain for half a century, the small building built by Grandpa Dings own hands is still strong, but Grandpa Ding is suffering from Alzheimers disease. The original exquisite small house also brought inconvenience to Grandpa Ding and his old partner, and Grandpa Ding needed help from his family to move when he took a bath. Grandpa Dings extreme discomfort also increased the burden on his family. Francebed is honored to cooperate with Dream Home to bring the mobile assistive robot - HUG, which does not need a hanging pocket and can be easily operated by anyone. The mode of operation conforms to the trajectory of the human body when standing, making full use of the remaining leg strength and allowing the elderly to enjoy a comfortable life with more dignity. While allowing Grandpa Ding to be comfortably moved around by the Mobility Assistive Robot, it also greatly reduces the burden on the back of the caregiver.

The small two-story building was converted into a four-room, two-living room, two-bathroom, one-kitchen building with stairs and an elevator, which greatly improved the living environment of Grandpa Dings family, and brought her father a comfortable living environment in his old age, just as the client had wished. The Dream Home, as his name suggests, brought the client the remodeled environment of their dreams.
